I am really fascinated by essential oils and aromatherapy stuff. Can anyone recommend me essential oils that can be helpful for cellulite?
Thanks ![]() |

since cellulite is the harder type of fats to dissolve from the body.you can use essential oils such as ledum, tangerine and grapefruit to help digest the fat cells. Cypress enhances circulation to enhance the elimination of fatty deposits. The essential oils of lemongrass and spearmint and Goji Tea also may help burn fat. cellulite is quite slow to dissolve, so you need patience. in conjunction with weight training, a weight loss program, and drinking purified water - one-and-a-half times the body weight in ounces each day, you should be able to see a difference.

Cellulite can result from inactivity, poor diet or heredity. The following two essential oils are helpful for cellulite. You may add 10 drops of either of these essential oils to the bath and soak for 15 minutes.
1. Geranium - comforting and healing 2. Lemon - refreshing and stimulating Also you can massage the cellulite attracting spots with these essential oils diluted in a carrier oil. Hope this helps jasmine ![]()

You wouldn't want to apply all that essential oil to your skin - it's too strong. Personally, I like squalene for essential oils and aloe vera for carrying herbal extracts.
