Well I have been on a diet recommended by a dietician and it worked very well for me. I lost weight and I did not only follow a diet but also continued to do regular exercise as well.
Dieting is NOT starving. Dieting is following a healthy diet where a dietician calculates and gives you one which covers all the nutrients but in moderate portions so that you do not take imbalanced meals.
The healthiest way to loose weight is to watch what you eat and follow a healthy diet plus exercise...

Good Advice.
Eating smaller portions every two to three hours will keep your metabolism going. When you don't eat...it drops to 0! The experts are right when they say you have to eat to lose weight. Notice some of your smaller friends, they are probably all day pickers! LOL
Good Luck you CAN do it!

I've heard alot of talk about that Hoodia. Is it working for you. I'm always afraid to take pills but everyone I know is taking them. Does it speed up your heart rate?

Thanks
Teri
