Well I was thinking of lossing weight. I just need help with these things. I'm really busy and don't have time to exercise. What should i do to lose weight?

Drink plenty of water and cut out soda. You can replace soda with diet soda or cut soda out all together & cut out junk food.
Use the plate trick to cut back on calories and still have all the nutrients you need: Half your plate should be fruit and/or veggies, a quater of your plate should be carbs (bread, pasta, rice..) and the other quater should be chicken or fish. You must have a little space in your day to work out even if it's half an hour. Do some cardio if you do have a half hour to spare. Running, dancing, rope jumping... Doing stuff around the house (cleaning windows, tidying your room, etc) can't be called working out as such but it helps burn calories so if you don't think you can fit in a workout, try and do more cleaning ![]() If you feel like you need to eat when you're bored, keep yourself busy or when you're at home carry a glass with ice around with you, that way when you're bored you're eating ice which has no calories. |

Ive got a bit of fat on my bod especially my abs. wuts the best thing i cud do to cut it off in less than a month? I have a party and im gona wear a tube, i wanna look in shape by then.

nothing like ab crunches( at least 2 sets of 20 each) can give you fab abs
try swimming, you'll lose all the water weight atleast ...it works instantly and it's fun too! |

adding to all the stuff they said, try to cut your food to six smaller portions a day. it helps your metabolism. hmm...theres alot of various exercises, just do the ones that you like, its really hard to stay on a exercise regime that you hate.green tea is also good
