however, sesame seeds are very nutritious and contain antioxidants and many other vitamins and minerals....similar to wheat germ. Next time you order a bagel, order a sesame seed bagel and you'll do your body some good but will not, in any way increase bust size...

i remember taiwanese actresses claiming they eat papayas from young to increase growth and they are indeed busty unlike their friends who didn't. i don't know whether thats a myth too but the sesame seeds are a myth

well, there full of fiber which you need to make your breasts perky. i use sesame seed oil and that has been good to tighten the skin.
