Fenugreek for increased breast size.

I was reading an article recently about people taking Fenugreek Tablets to increase their breast size naturally. I took Fenugreek Tablets when I was breast feeding to produce more milk but I didnt know they could be taken just to increase breast size. Apparantley it promotes the growth of new cells and increases the size and fullness of the breasts and it also has many more health benefits. Has anyone tried it????

I haven't heard of these tablets but I believe the only way to increase your breast size is to gain weight....and then when you take off the weight, the fat will come off your breasts as well. I don't think there is any magic pill that could do that safely but that is only my opinion.

Fenugreek Tablets and tea have been used for years for a number of aliments but never have I heard breast increase.
Their primary funtion is for colds, cough, people with breathing problems and rumors that it help with fat distrubution.
I myself have used the tea for severe coughs and it really breaks thing up in your chest. But for the other no.

Hey a friend of mine started taking fenugreek tablets about 4 months ago and she reckons that she has noticed a little difference in her breast size (no great difference) and she said they feel much fuller now. I know fenugreek tablets are natural but are there any side effects?

Diabetics, pregnant ladies and people on warfrin should avoid fenugreek as it is common for them to experience side effects. I guess there's side effects with any type of herbal supplements and should be taken with caution.

I tried it i seen an effect my bra filled abit better, but i stopped using it im gonna start using it again it usually takes about 5 - 6 weeks to get about a cup size or 2 larger u should message them with wild yam cream twice a day too. obvs check the ingrediants if your breast feeding also sesame seeds and til oil are supposed to be good.
