I recently heard that if you eat a lot of carrots you don't get dandruff. I'm trying it, but its only been a day so I can't say anything results. I hope this works, because I actually don't like carrots very much.

One of the causes of dandruff problems is inability for body to absorb vitamin A.
You probably don't drink or eat fresh carrot juice as often (do you?) and this will help the body absorbed the needed vitamin A. I don't trust synthetic vitamin A, found in supermarkets. Just use natural carrot juice. ___ |
