Is there any way to improve how you look by eating very healthy? I would be willing to sacrifice good taste to make my face look brighter naturally. Its been looking dark lately, and I hate it. Some tips, anyone?

First of all you should give up greasy and salty food. I did that 4 years ago and I feel great. No more salty chips and fast food for you
Eat plenty of fruits and drink a lot of water. Your body is mostly water. Keep yourself properly hydrated and you'll look like a million bucks. Just some easy tips with a really great effect! ___ |

Vitamin C is must for the brightness u want on ur face. It will wash always all the dulness and
darkness.So u must take in a lot of citrus fruits like orange. Add a glass of water with 1/2 of lemon squeezed in it regularly. You can also apply Vitamin E capsules on ur face dat enhances ur complexion. I am using it. u konow.... ...IT REALLY WORKS...... ..... |

Do you have a juicer? If so, put in spinach, apples and carrotts. I started doing this and after the third day I had six different people telling me how great I looked. It's great for weight loss too.

I can eat a lot without gaining weight. It's not neccesarily a good thing, I need to gain weight to stay healthy. But all this talk about fast food is making me really hungry... in fact I think I'll get some right now.

You can also take multi-vitamins, and if you take them daily you'll start to look better. I don't, but my mom does and it does work very well.

Take a multi-vitamin with anti-oxidants...maybe a women's multi-vitamin..that way u get all the extra stuff women need. Drink tea,because it contains anti-oxidants. Try to relax more often than stress about things....chamomile tea is a good stress reliever,chamomile is relaxing,maybe wear some lavendar essential oil to reduce stress and keep you relaxed. Also exercise daily,eat right...oatmeal in the morning is one of the best things for you because it cleans out your colon..ew i know,its gross to think about..but having ur insides clean makes u vibrant on the outside and less prone to being ill!
