I've been stressed out a lot, and its making me break out a lot. I haven't been stressed out so much before in my life, so I can't compare this to anything. Has anyone had a problem like this... this problem is making me more stressed which in turn makes me break out more. Well, thats my theory.

Researchers have confirmed that psychological stress can indeed worsen outbreaks of acne.
How can stress influence acne outbreaks? Doctors found out that a stress hormone called corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH) is released in the sebaceous gland -- producing oily skin, which sets the stage for acne. Hmm... Even my skin breaks out when I am under stress! I even get dark circles for a few days.

Yeah, usually stress causes breakouts. Just try to take it slow, and maybe try to meditate.. {That usually helps me calm down}.. and when you are nervous or something take a deep breathe.
