Talking cranberry juice

the miracle worker!

not only is it detoxing but it :
- wards off Urinary infections
- prevents kidney stones
- reduces the need for antibiotics
- improves blood flow to the heart
- full of antioxidants
- helps you from getting the flu/ill
- can help prevent cancer
- it tastes good!

plus more!

but obviously it's better to eat the actual fruit itself cos you don't wanna be buying a juice full of sugar.

my grandmother's friend had a serious bladder problem, won't go into detail cos it gets abit messy but the first thing the doc told her to do after sugary was to drink cranberry juice

and my grandmother has been drinking it every day since god knows when and til this day she's had no internal problems

so what are you waiting for

One warning if you are a smoker and are trying to quit, this will actually strip the nicotine from your body and the withdrawls can be even worse.
