My friend is going to get liposuction soon, and I want to talk her out of it. I mean, isn't it pretty dangerous? Also, I want her to learn that to get what you want you have to really work for it, although she worked hard for the money to get the surgery... but I mean physically working. Any tips to convince her not to do it

Well there are some people who just can't do it on their own. Personally, I don't like plastic surgeons, I don't really think of them as doctors, even though they are. Plastic surgery is an unnecessary field.

Not cool! Talk them out of it quickly! It's best to just work the weight off on your own. It builds muscle and character. Have you ever seen the biggest loser? The people there become so healthy by just exercising and eating right!
