Help!!

Help!! I Can't Stop Eating!! I Know It Sounds Funny But All Of A Sudden I Eat All Day. I Not So Long Ago Watched Everything I Ate And Now I Eat All Of The Time. Do You Know What Causes This? I Am Not Overweight At All But If I Keep Going At This Rat I Don't Know What I Will Do. Does Anyone Have Any Advice Or Suggestions!!

drink 2 glasses of water before you eat. it will make you feel fuller and therefore you will eat less...hopefully..

I do this sometimes.....But I never really worry....LOL....
why dont u just eat fruits or vegetables if u feel like u want to eat......
banana will make u feel full....its healthy too.....

Thanks Rinda, That is a good idea. I think it might be from stress too. I am starting a new job on Monday and I'm kind of nervous and lots of other things have been going on in my life too. thanks

OK just dont give too much worries on what u're eating, as long as u're "in the line".......becoz I've read in a magazine.....that if u think u're gonna be fat if u eat something....then u're body will produce a chemical that will make it absorp more fat....so....be happy girl!!!!
