lol thanks-- i've been wondering about it for a while, but I dont exactly look my best in a swimming costume-- its a kind of vicious cycle! The worse I look in a swimming costume, the less likely I am to go to water aerobics- and the less likely i am to go to aerobics, the worse I look in a costume!!!

My science teacher said that fat people mostly eat bread a lot because bread contain yeast.He asked me "Do you like to eat bread?I don't think so,cuz' you are so small".And that actually right!LOL
So,if u want to gain weight eat bread or doughnut or whatever that contains yeast.Even better if you grill them with cheese or spread cream cheese on them.....yum! |

Believe it or not... going on a seriously calorie restricted diet will do the trick! But ONLY if it is followed by calorie rich eating later. Think of it this way: suppose there were suddendly a national disaster, trucker strike, whatever ...and all the grocery stores were out of food. After it was all over what would a lot of us do? Stock up for the next shortage right? Our bodies are smart and do the same thing. When we diet we can actually make our selves fatter! Our bodies go into 'servival mode' and bulk up to ensure there will be plenty incase something (ie low food supply) happens again.
If you were trying to LOSE weight you can short circuit this defense mechanism by increasing your exercise level and doing some weight training. Your body will decide you need those muscles and won't burn them up as an energy source. Wow, guess I got long winded. Ha, ha. Let me know how it goes! |

Most people don't realize that dieting wrong will actually make your body GAIN weight because it goes into a survival mode (your body reacts to a low calorie diet like it would in a famine)
When your body goes into this survival mode it stocks up on any and all calories it can take in once you go off the diet. So this is what you would find: -You diet for 3-4 weeks and lose 15 pounds -You then go back to your original eating habits and gain 25-30 pounds Make more sense now?
