Natural yoghurt

A friend of mine told me that natural yogurt is good to be used as a mask on your face & also if you have a thrush infection down there. Did anyone try it before!?

Yes, yoghurt can be used as a mask on your face and it helps against thrush infection. I make a face mask from time to time, you can also make with it a great hair mask. During my pregnancies my gynecologist recommended me to make vagina yoghurt masks at regular intervals. You can buy yoghurt tablets, but they're more expensive.

To tell you the truth I was going to try it as mask on my face as well down there as i think I am suffering from thrush. I don't if you insert the yogurt with a tampax or something else!
