Default Bikini Line

When I shave my bikini line, that day it looks fine, nice and smooth. But the next day, I have a few red bumps, and they are sort of painful. I have tried hair removal creams, and they dont cause the red bumps, but they dont give me a completly smooth bikini line. Should I tough it out and wax? Is that area prone to ingrown hairs? Or is there a product i can use to prevent/help get rid of the red bumps?

I use a razor for my bikini line that is..well..a bikini line razor. I think it is by neutrogena,it is like mini, with a comb sort of thing attatched so skin doesn't catch. I haven't had problems with it though.and i get a close shave. I wouldn't recommend creams...OW! lol..i've had bad experience,we will just leave it at that.

I used to shave my bikini line aswell. I'd always get a rash (bumps, redness, etc). I wanted to wax but I just couldn't wait for the hair grow out, especially during the summertime! Anyhow, I now use Tend Skin which I purchased at my estheticians salon. It is an incredible product and got rid of ALL of the redness and any bumps I had within 3 days of using morning and night. I use it before and after I shave or wax and I havent had any problems since!

Which is the safest way to get rid of hair in the private parts, for that clean look without any hair,.

How do you girls manage to do it?I tried with a razor, but fear as I may cut or hurt the sensitive part as I cannot see them full. how to do it.

Some advise that we can get done at beauty parlours, but, I feel shy to do so.

please, please help me with tips.

Thanks

Hello friends

One of my friends suggested me use of Anne french hair remover cream to get rid of unwanted hair in the private parts.

I tried it and find it effective and hassel free.
Only concern is does the chemicals harm the skin in any way specially because it is such a delicate part of the body.

Do any of you use this? I appreciate your suggestions

Cheers

Bride

I agree with Toronto Belle too, but if for some reason you can't get the salon product, there are products in the shaving aisles at the drugstores. When I don't have anything, I use a little bit of neosporin on the area afterwards. That seems to help with the inflammation.
