Default Desparate to lose more weight.

Ok, I'm trying to get thinner, hopingly that will make my things and lower tummy skinnier, the problem is I'm doing the wrong things.

Aparently, I have school, so I don't really have time for in between snacks so I can't do that "eat less in more poportions". So I skip lunch.

Breakfast is just a cup of rasberry green tea with an additional 1/3 tsp or sugar, 1/2 tsp of honey and added lime juice. But I also have to swallow some pills for vitamins, fish oil and calcium.

Supper is like any other supper, but right after I just go in my room and listen to music then do homework. I'm trying to give up junk food completely. With my situation right now, I have a bunch of homework and I can't really squeeze in exercise becuase of my addiciton to music.

My mom even offered me the idea of liposuction, I really want to take it even though it sounds so wrong.

What should I do, I feel a little desparate

You should start taking a glass of warm water mixed with lemon juice first thing in the morning. This will help to detoxify your system and stop the cravings for junk foods.

good, you're trying to take out junk food from your diet. it's actually also not good to eat so much after 8 pm ....
since you're addicted to music, dance it does not matter if you're shy or don't know how, just close the door and try dancing or something.
as samerarashid drinking warm water with lemon juice is good to detox, also you can take green tea...one with no sugar added of course.
try not to take too much oily food, cut down and try to steam or grill your foods instead.
when you want to snack on something, eat fruits or vegetables... its best not to deprive your body if not you'll end up overeating later on. don't skip lunch, you're going to slow your metabolism down, which will make you gain weight intially.instead you can also try brown rice and wholegrain breads instead of white rice and bread... helps too.

dancing really works for you if you want to lose weight, do it for one hour a day if you cant do it for one hour, just 30 minutes then, remember to stretch before becuz ya'll pull a muscle or something and believe me, it hurts REAL bad

I admire you for trying, few people do. Being overweight can be bad on your health, so that is the main reason for doing it, however it doesnt hurt to look good as well. I myself am struggling from the same problem. I have tried diets, im no good, i belong to a gym, i dont go all the time. I seem to always make excuses, however, the one big difference in my life, is being happy with who you are. I was not happy as a teen because i was overweight, but now i have found that being overweight is the outer me, and i like the inner me better anyway. That is what people see. I know you will lose the weight you want, but the first step in losing weight is likeing you first. The other ladies had some great ideas for weight loss. Muscle tone is a very important thing as well. Get you a cheat set of weights and just sit and lift the hand weights while you are watching tv, i have a thigh master and it works great. I can use it on all parts of my body. Its the little things that make the difference! GOOD LUCK SWEETIE

Try having 1 tbps of honey in warm water in the morning as soon as u get up,this will help reduce weight...

I play DDR...dance dance revolution. It sounds silly, but it is how i stay in shape. and it is so incredibly fun! You don't have to do it for long to feel the effects either. It sounds like stress might be keeping your weight up too. RELAX! meditate..sip on some chamomile tea throughout the day,...dont be in such a rush..take it all in!

Hi Paranoia...
I agree with resha (that was good advice btw). Wholegrain foods, brown rice are so much better for you. There's a saying, "The whiter the bread, the quicker you're dead."

Eating every 3-4 hours will help speed your metabolism, because your body will be constantly burning fuel. (When you have a big gap between your meals, your metabolism slows down and your body stores everything as fat as a precautionary measure.) But, you should stick to the healthy stuff, not junk food. Most junk foods have preservatives and are made with white flour products.

Try eating more fruit when you are craving sweets, you can eat up to 5 a day. Also, try low-fat cheeses and milks. Nuts like almonds, pistachios, walnuts and pecans are great for snacking.

Oh, and drink more water. Typically men should be consuming 3 liters (13 cups) and women should drink 2.3 liters (9 cups) daily. If you don't like the taste of plain water, add a lemon, cucumber, orange or even lime. It's good stuff.

Use that music addiction and dance, dance!
