During my holiday I had the same problem. At home I don't have such a problem, I'm eating 2 or 3 raw green pepper every day and this helps me.

Having cereal with milk in the morning, a yogurt/day, drinking lots of water and trying to have wholemeal stuff is helping me a lot, at least I'm regular now
Thanks again for your help |

There is also a gentle tea carried in health food and some grocery stores called Smooth Move, which helps relieve constipation.

There is an easy solution to this problem if you can stand the taste. Just have a big bowl of Kashi Go Lean every morning. Its loaded with fiber and soy protein and it will get you regular in a hurry.

There is something else I should have mentioned that will help you out even more- probiotics. You could find them naturally in yogurt, but I recommend getting a probiotic supplement. It will help your digestion and your immunity.

Fibre will not help much if you are not taking in sufficient water. It's super important to drink water while adding fibre to your diet to beat constipation.
