remember to stay true to yourself, find a way you enjoy and feel comfortable to lose the weight that you want to reach, and then maintain it by excersise and healthy eating. but dont forget that you are aloud to have junk stuff once in a while too,

Yes that is a good point. You may need to have something off your diet once a week to keep your sanity, but just make sure your normal daily habits are sound and you should be fine.

thanks once again!! im very grateful for your help ^-^ protein bars are good, so thatll be easy for me, and yoga is fun-we already have to do a bit of it in gym. i try to do situps and pushups as often as possible whenever im sick and have spare time

i be trying... yoga is easy for me, and fun but the only problem is my family they dont exactly get why im not eating like a cow anymore ![]() well you cant just quit cold turkey can you?? ![]()

I had the same problem. I was around 165lbs. and very unhappy, I started taking the over the counter stackers, which I would not recommend to everyone if you take just one and don't like the effect, it is NOT for you. I also did yoga every other day, and tae bo on the opposing day. tea bo for beginners is really awesome, you feel stronger, tougher, and you get a great ab workout without crunches which I hate!! With that routine I gradually went down to 122 lbs. and for the first time in my life I didn't have a roll when I sat down! I have once again put it all back on thanks to the I'm gonna have a baby so I will eat anything you put in front of my face and more syndrome. But I will definately will do this again, because I had never been as strong and as flexible in my life.

You'll love it1 Some of the videos are pretty hard, I just got a cardio Tae Bo video and I thought I was going to die! I'll definately have to work up to that one! If you do decide to get an at home video, get one for beginners first. And don't forget the yoga! That was my best combination, you really feel as though you are getting somewhere when you get more flexible as you get stronger and leaner.
