Start drinking more water, have 6 small meals a day instead of starving yourself watch your fat intake, walk at a faster pace and really move you arms. Try to eat more healthy foods, vegetables, fruit and increase your fibre intake. This is not a diet but a healthy way of life, small changes make big differences. Diets are like yo-yos you lose you gain, and on and on it goes.

i wud definitely reccomend drinking more water, this could help u loose weight, and i wud agree with judi in sayin that u shud have 6 small healthy meals throughout, most ppl think that dieting is about starving yourself, in fact u shud eat fequently but healthily, and perhaps also try goin out 4 more walks,
I personally find sticking on sum music and dancing around to it is great exercise and enjoyable too, If u enjoy goin out 4 walks that wud b grt 2 ![]() |

I totally get the not eating where others have. Pack your lunch like Judi suggested will help. I've also found wiping down the area where I'm gonna eat helps me. I have SAD (Sociel Anxiety Disorder) so sitting where fewer people have/are sitting helps.
As to wieght lose, fiber, fiber, fiber. Walks are great for weight loss, but you gotta move your whole body...power walk-3times a week for at least 30 mins. Make sure you warm up and cool down properly. Drink plenty of water, personally I find drinking small amounts (like 4 oz) frequently is easier than trying to drink a large glass/bottle (8 or more oz). I don't like water by itself to be honest, but 4oz is basically a few sips and I'm done. Give it time, lots of time. Healthy weight loss, that stays off, is about 1 or 2lbs a week. Most importantly, you look good, now.

If you want to flatten out your stomach, do pilates. I take classes but I'm sure there are some great DVDs out there. Yoga is good too if you've got the time to try it. They'll really help!

Make breakfast your biggest meal of the day and do your best to eat six small meals a day. Try substituting protein bars for one or two of the meals and continue to lay off the sweets and walk 2-3 times per week. You should see results after about two weeks.
