Well, i don't think it's necessary to use these types of products. My gyn says not to use douches..that they can contribute to infections. But it's always a good thing to smell good and feel refreshed.

Especially when it's fragranced you don't know what they are using in the product!
It could cause something smelly then just freshing up when you get an infection.
