If I were you I would go to a trainer for a session and they will show you the right way to lose the tummy and handles the right way and you will look great for your wedding.
Also eat more fruit and vegetable, avoid fat try not to eat to much red meat and exercise and lots of water.

Smile Hi

I haven't posted in a while so hello!
In the past two years I have lost alot of weight(was overweight all my life)
4 months isn't alot of time. Try not to go too drastic or you will feel like crap when your day comes. MY suggestions are...Eat a small breakfast,a smoothie, low cal or a nutragrain bar(what I did) ...Eat small frequent meals ,don't wait till you are starving to eat..That's when we all over eat! And you have to exercise..some aerobic to get your heart rate up so you burn fat. And then target the area that is your main concern.Just type in AB EXERCISES for a search you will find alot ,do them till you can really feel a burn. Then strech out so you won't be too sore to do it all over again...It's a tough thing but YOU CAN DO IT!!!

A one time with a trainer can be a little costly but well worth it for the info you get, another thing you can try is Michael Thurmans exercise routines, He is the gentlemen from Extreme Makeover.
Kick boxing as suggested is excellent and so it boxing, pole dancing and dance routines. Let us know how it goes for you

Drinking more water actually causes you to release more water through excretion. This means your body won't be retaining so much fluid, giving you a "thicker" look (sodium retention). Aside from that, it excretes waste products from your kidneys and digestive system, and also helps regulate body temperature.

Make sure you're getting enough water. The amount varies for every person, so a good way to make sure you're well hydrated is to keep track of your urine color. Clear colored urine indicates that your water intake is a little too much, which can cause you to flush out important vitamins. As long as it's a pale yellow, you're fine. Keep in mind that a multivitamin can darken the color.

A healthy diet, regular exercise combining cardio with resistance training, that way you will loose weight and tone up at the same time. If you want strong abs I recommend crunches on the fit ball. If you are a member of a gym get a personalized workout plan written up .
