Default Help me out here

Well, this is kind of a body care question. Anyways, down to it. I have recently spent 2 months in texas and I was used to something else down there sleep wise. Now I am home back in Canada and I am having terrible trouble sleeping and it really sucks Badly. I'm starting to forget things I did just yesterday. I have not had hardly no sleep at all and I have not yet slept tonight..lOL! Anyone have any tips on what may help me sleep because counting sheep is not working:P

Don't eat just before you go to bed, but don't go to bed on an empty stomach.
Don't do anything that'll release endorphines or get you hyped up like excersize.
Drink warm milk, if you like it. (Some people say it works, some say it doesn't. I wouldn't know cause I don't like milk)
Cut down on caffeine. Sodas, Coffee, Tea...

If you still have the problem, you should go to a doctor.
Insomnia sucks. Hope you get the problem sorted <3
