The first thing I usually suggest to people is six small meals, but I realize you don't have the time for that, so I think the most important thing you could do is make breakfast your biggest meal of the day, and as the day goes on, make each meal smaller and smaller, even if you only eat the traditional three, breakfast, lunch, dinner. Other things that are essential are to drink water constantly throughout the day, cut back on carbs after 4 p.m., try to get about 30 minutes of any type of exercise six days a week, increase your intake of protein, good fats and fiber, decrease carbs and overall calorie consumption and take a good multivitamin. Don't try to do everything at once if this is overwhelming for you, but just add one thing at a time and once you have all these things going for you at once you will see great results in a matter of two or three weeks. I hope that helps you out.

okay, trust me im in the same exact situation as you
and lets say theres no way you can quit eating sweets cold turkey!
just try and have just one everyday
or if youre a REAL chocolate addict
two or three
but dont try to just stop
especially if you live in a family that also loves sweets!!
because it will drive you mad!!!!!
as for takeaway
try to make a certain day to have it
not one takeout meal everyday
just one or two a week
hope this helps!!

An idea I've heard several times is to designate one day a week for eating what you want. That doesn't mean to binge like crazy, because you'll essentially undo all the hard work you've done over the rest of the week. Say your weekness is chocolate. Maybe you'd pick Sunday as your day, so each Sunday you would allow yourself a piece of chocolate, a cookie, whatever, for dessert. The thing is, if you have that chocolate before Sunday, you can't have it then too. I've heard it works pretty well as a motivator for staying on track all week. Haven't tried it though.

Aside from that, drink water instead of soda or sugary drinks. It'll also help your skin! Do regular exercise. Even something as small as a 30-minute walk every day will begin to make a difference. If you're not big on cardio but more into strength training -pilates or yoga count because they build up your muscles- muscle burns more calories than fat does. Eventually that'll produce a difference too, plus you'll be much more toned.

Hope I could help. Good luck!

Try to gradually decrease your consumption of sweets each week and eventually you'll be able to bring it down to where you only have a small amount of them one day a week, like on a Sunday, which was already suggested. There is not much you can do if you love sweets that much, but try to find another kind of snack or any kind of food that is healthier to replace the sweets any time you crave them.

Also when you want something sweet reach for a sweet fruit and it helps remove the craving for a sugar fix.

Start off going for for the time that you can do comfortably. Then slowly add 1 minute to this amount of time every other day, or less often if you're finding it really hard. Remember that it's important to breathe deeply throughout as this will really help your muscles to work well.
If you push your body slightly [but not tooo much] and do the lateral thigh trainer often enough, then you will improve and be able to continue for longer stretches of time, guaranteed.
