Default Need A Help- Newbie
Hi everybody , i'm working in IT company. Always My company running under pressure only, so i'm in mental stress and tension. One of my friend suggest me to take Aroma Oil massage, is it worth or any other herbal things will useful, Please i need your help now

It will be helpful if you go to a professional massage therapist. I did it last summer and it really helped, so I suggest it. Also try to have some time for yourself. You have all day in front of a computer and when you go home, you end up rushing to eat, have a bath etc, and as a result you end up exhausted. You need something that will loose you up and relax your mind.
