Yes guyz it worked
i have lost 2 pounds in 5 day

Does skipping do any good because i dont have time to do other excercise and skipping is my favourite(i know it sounds stupid)???

What good does water do because i have heard that by drinking 8 glasses of water you will lose more weight

well sum studies proivde evidence saying it helps and other studies say the opposite.

When they mean that water helps you to loose weight, means that if ure having more water then ure cells in ure body have nore water to use during the whole meatbolic cycle, hence more water apparantly helps to speed up the cell metabolic rate. Which in plain words means ure body will use up the energy from ure food quicker and is less like to store it as fat .

if you want this you have to be willing to make sacrifices. exercise regularly, practice a healthy way of living and eating... you only truely lose the weight when you change your lifestyle itself. Life's not easy, make the sacrifices and you'l get your results, there is no fast forward button..well lyposuction.. but i woudnt go there.

Do tell us some more about your eating habits and lifestyle, and we might be able to find some mistakes in your diet, encourage the things you do right and be more specific in our advice. Also are you really overweight or just not very happy with your body because 3 stones sounds a lot to me...
Healthy diet and nutrition is one of my hobbies and I will be happy to give my two cents and help a bit

Well
In the morning i eat beans on toast, an apple
at luch time i eat a sandwhich
After school i sometimes eat a salad sandwhich sometimes a jacket potato. sometimes steamed fish with vegetable and sometimes i eat chiken(not fried)
I am also very lazy, i cant do excercise for a well amount of time
How much weight shoud i be aiming to lose each week??

I'm not a great one for exercising or dieting so walking is the right thing for me to do to lose weight. I walk in the evening just before dark. I wear loose fitting clothes when the weather is warm and add a sweater or coat when it gets cooler. Reebok's are a must year round! I don't walk a long distance but I have disciplined myself to walk everyday.

Losing weight is a hard, but not impossible, thing to do. You can do it. Good luck!

I think you're eating too much carbs in the morning. which is the most important meal of the day.

If you don't exercise a lot, just cut back on your caloric intake. For example, more raw (fresh) fruits in the morning and raw vegetables at lunch. Your salad after school sounds delicious and so does your dinner.

Also, it'd be good to revist Post #4, every once in awhile... I know I do, just for a pick-me-up...
