Default losing weight

You need to make a decision and stick to it. Are you sick and tired enough to make serious changes that will impact your life in ways you could never imagine? If you try and can't do it on your own there are plenty of people and support groups out there to help you. Personal trainers at the gym are also a great way to stay motivated if you do decide to work out. Best of luck!

the absolute WORST way to lose wwight would be to skip (if by that you mean skipping meals) bcuz when you start to eat normal again not only will you gain weight back but your body kind of does a cram session and tries to make up for being starved before. you'll end up in a worse position than you are now!

Skipping rope is a great start - nice aerobic exercise.

You have no business saying that you hate yourself. If you care enough about your body to ask what you can do, that means you don't!

I'd suggest the following: July is about 5 months away. To lose 40 lbs or 3 stone in a healthy, sustainable manner, you really cannot plan on taking it all off in 5 months. If you're insistent on doing so, you need to get under a doctor's supervision and do a no-food diet like Medifast. My spouse did this and--UNDER A DOCTOR'S REGULAR CARE--they do work.

If you don't want to involve a doctor, then the fastest sustainable weight loss is (max) about 1 pound a week. This means about 500 calories per day that need to be cut from diet or burned by extra exercise. It's not an insurmountable goal, though it will require a fair amount of watching.

You can do it! To be sure, by July you will have only lost about 1/2 of the weight you desire to lose. But you can and should console yourself - be thrilled, really! - by the fact that you will be on a sustainable campaign to forever lose the weight...

I won't say good luck! Luck has nothing to do with it. I hope you find the passion and perseverance needed to bring your beautiful, irreplaceable body into line with your mind's image and expectation!
