Hey guyz
I want to lose 3 stones before july because there is a family wedding Im not too keen on excercising I also dont have time to eat 6 meals a day Is there any way of losing weight that quick?? |

I hate myself because im fat. I have always dreamt of having that thin figure with perfect boobs, a perfect bum but the problem is im fat I want to lose 3 stones before july because there is a family wedding Im not too keen on excercising I also dont have time to eat 6 meals a day Is there any way of losing weight that quick?? |

You need the will and determination to lose weight. You need to be careful on what you eat but it doesn't have to be always on your mind at the same time. The probability is that if you don't eat regularly you start binging and in that way you put weight. Eat a good breakfast in the morning that will keep you going till 10.30am & snack on fruit or nuts. Try to cut bread at first, or at least have wholemeal instead of white. Drink lots of water during the day and cut soft-drinks. Look in the long run for better results and be realistic. Good luck swt

There's no magic way to lose exercise at the drop of a hat.
A healthy, balanced diet is a must, but so is exercise. Replace sugary and soft drinks with water, cut out snacking, especially in the late afternoon and evening and don't skip meals. Try to exercise a little bit every day, even if it's just getting off the bus 2 stops early or walking up the stairs instead of taking the lift. Every little helps. I think you should try to find a sport you enjoy and take that up, you will obviously be more motivated to take part in something you actually enjoy! You may not be able to lose the 3 stone by july, but if you take up a more healthy lifestyle, you will certainly feel -and look- much better.

Above any dieting or exercising is to love and respect ones self, never say you hate your self or your body, when you feed yourself negativity thats all you will get back.
Learn to love who and what you are today and you will find the rest a bit easier after you take care of how you think of yourself. If you think positive your will get positive results if you think thin you will get thin results.

i think the advice the others have given you on here already is spot on but ids just like to add that ok weight is your main issue but try spending time enhancing your other features and maybe you will see that beauty is not how much or how little you weigh.Focus on your hair,getting a tan,perfecting your make up-whatever and you never know it may help you focus less on how you feel about your weight and boost yourself esteem in the process.I wish you every luck =]

All of the nutrition, exercise and good physical health habits will not help you if you don't learn to get your attitude towards yourself right. Stress is a major contributing factor to weight gain and a negative opinion of oneself is highly detrimental to your overall health. Try to do the things suggested in this forum to lose the weight that you want to lose and to get healthy, but please, in the meantime, try to change your attitude towards yourself and try to focus on your strengths as a person. This will be the first step to losing the weight and keeping it off in the long run, and it will immediately improve your life without losing a single pound.

i think the most important thing you need to have in order to lose weight is motivation and self discipline. permanent weight loss requires one to make life long diet changes and regular exercise.
heres some tips i've found helpful: -make exercise fun...join a gym with a friend, take an aerobics class..etc -keep tempting junk foods out of your house and out of sight -eat everything in moderation and never eat more food then you can fit on one plate -don't starve yourself all day then eat a large meal at the end of the day or late at night -limit snacks between meals to healthy choices -take the stairs instead of the elevator -make goals and stick to them |

oh plz dnt say that u hate ureslef
u have to have confidence in ureselfTo begin with u do need to be more active u cannot lose weight in a healthy way just by cutting back on food alone. Try being more active around the house. ALso i find that alot of the time i dnt have time to go to the gym, i just stick my earphones on and dance about to music. At least u are exercising. As far as ure diet is concerned eat healthily. HAve lot of green leafy vegetables and fruit. Drink lots of water. Just eat sensibly really and try not to snack in between meals. If u do feel hungry in between meals have a yoghurt or an apple.
