its okay, dont get mad, ur elbows and knees and ankles tend to have more skin pigment than any other part of your body. but dont despair. there are various bleaches you can try. but for a natural home remedy, as you want, try lemon juice, olive oil and a little salt, rub and scrub them twice a day everyday, until you see a change. another thing that causes them to be dark is the friction. dont sit with your elbows on the floor any more, and dont sit on your knees either, cause all that you scrubbed will be even darker. so after u see a change in your elbows then cut a lemon in half then put a half on each elbow and sit for 30 minutes or just relax. then u'll c a real change in colour. but the key is patience and persistence.

Good Advice Miss Lovely, One other thing moisture those areas every time you think of it. Dryness can also cause discoloration.

Try using an scrub every couple of days and use shea butter or olive oil to moisturize those area. You will have to work at it but it will come around.
Nice to see you back again. Do not stay away so long!!!!

As well as moisturising, it is worth exfoliating/body-brushing a few times a week to prevent the build up of dead skin cells which can give an impession of a darker skin tone

massage the dull, rough skin areas with olive oil.
Then, with the olive oil still on,rub gently with sugar.Any sugar(brown or white).I think brown sugar is better. |

Mix olive oil with sugar or salt and use that as a body scrub. Also, body brushing is fab for removing dead skin cells around these areas.
