Massage your elbows everyday at bedtime with baby oil to make them smooth and soft

Lightbulb Rouh, dry skin around knees, elbows

Massage ur elbows with( juice of half lemon and 1/2 tsp sugar ). This will take away ur dry skin making u feel soft and smooth. lime juice helps a lot as it acts as skin lightner.

Massage ur elbows with sugar and lemon...and let the sugar particles dissolve with the massage of lemon. And within 10 days..the rough skin there will be soft and smooth like a baby skin.

Use vaseline, or use a moisturiser rich in moisture such as cocoa butter!

Try a lotion that contains contains colloidal oatmeal like Aveeno. This is meant to work extremely well. It also doesn't clog pores (most oils do). There is a formulation that lasts for 24 hours to help with the "rough" skin you described.

You could try making your own "scrub" out of plain old oatmeal mix to exfoliate the skin on your arms before applying a lotion or oil. I throw a cup of Quaker in the blender to mill it to a fine powder and then add water until I have a paste. Scrub gently so that you don't irritate your skin.

You might also try cleansing the area with Cetaphil which is extra gentle and leaves skin very soft.

Hope it helps.

massage the dull, rough skin areas with olive oil.
Then, with the olive oil still on,rub gently with sugar.Any sugar(brown or white).I think brown sugar is better.
