Now I'm just nosey...how much do u guys exercise every week?

I try to visit the gym twice a week, where I do aerobics and things like that. then I have belly dance once a week and a horse that needs attention every day (sometimes my mum take care of her though). then I try to go for a 20-30 minutes walk before breakfast and I also try to take a walk at lunch. on the weekends I maybe take one longer walk instead.

how about u?

Every week I do:
- 6 hours of 'hardcore' dancing (ballet/modern/tap)
- 4 hours of more easy going dancing (mostly ballet)
- 1 hour of sport at school (atm volleyball)

I used to do a fair bit of pilates, but now I do more stretching or dance practice at home. So probably about 2 hours of exercise at home.

I don't do much in comparison to you guys!
about 2 and 1/2 hours of walking (to and from college) per week.
1 and 1/2 hours of yoga per week...
that's really it.
I'm not really the excersise type!!

I now workout at home 4-5 days a week normally for 45 minutes which includes 20 minutes on the elliptical machine and 25 minutes of weights!

Not much. In my daily routine I walk about 40 minutes, and I always walk at a breakneck pace. But that's really it...
