Default manky feet!

Ok so that a bit of an exaggeration, there not that bad.Its just since i started my new job im on my feet all day long walking or should i say running around.I also wear heels alot so my feet get alot of wear and tear and the problem im having right now is that im getting this kind of ridge of skin on my heel thats harder and seems to stand out from the rest off my sole.Does that make sense? Its not visible but i can feel it if i run my fingers over.I also have tougher skin sometimes on my big toes.I know that sounds gross but its not visible at all,I just need to soften them up somehow lol.I have one of those wooden foot file things which i use regularly and i also apply body lotion too.Any tips anyone?

You can get creams from the chemist especially for dry, cracked heals, it works wonders...

okay it may seem akward or uncomfortable, but here's what I do to make my dry feet smooth again.

You put lots of lotion on your feet at night and put heavy fuzzy socks on. that's it. just sleep with them on and when you wake up your feet will be soo smooth! if your feet are as bad as you say, it might take a couple nights, but it's worth it. Also, if you don't wanna get lotion all over your socks, you can put plastic baggies on your feet *lol* but make sure they're loose! Don't worry, I've done this before. It's a bit uncomfortable at first but you get used to it after a minute or so.

hope this helps
:]

Use a pumice stone and work the skin down and do What Tora suggested after and do a couple of times a week and you should see a difference

You could use vaseline for the fluffy sock thing as well.

I just recently decided to try the ped egg. I usually don't buy the tv things, but figured it was worth a shot. I've always had really dry cracked heels. I love it, I use it and then put on some heavy cream/lotion and then put on socks and wear them all night. My feet have never been softer!!

lol gud suggestions every1, its true the cream thing can be gross but believe me ure feet are sooo soft when u wake up in the morning.
As judi said use a pumic stone, helps to get rid of all the hard skin,
Make giving ureself a pedicure part of ure routine, its definitely worth it, especially since its summer now and we'll all be baring our feet in our sandals and flip flops
