I wish i knew! Try searching an exercise on the internet. That's what i'm fixing to do!
- Well i know one thing that would help is.. Running, cycling, walking.. Anything in that section!

Toe Raises: 1) Sit on a bench or chair or the edge of your bed, feet flat on the ground. 2) With your thighs / legs a couple of centimetres apart, 3) Place some weights, like heavy books or dumb bells on top of your thighs, 4) And slowly raise your heels off the ground for a 3 count and then down for a 2 count and then repeat for a set of ten. Rest for about 30-45 seconds and then repeat for another set of 10. Do only 3 sets a day to start and then increase the weight and number of repetetions and sets per week. 5) Your toes do all the lifting via the leverage. This excercise will tone your calves in no time flat. And will take only a few minutes a day. Good luck and have fun.
