People, I have a big problem, i havnt got much stamina, does anyone know how to boost my stamina because i need to do excercise to stay fit, but the problem is that I get tired even after a minute of excercising, anyone knoe?????????????

There are many for lack of energy, do you eat lots of fruits and vegetable and do you get enough protein and carb, both elements for energy. Also water intake is very important if you dehydrated your body will feel tired and or hungry or both.
Taking B vitamins will help. Are you getting a full night sleep with out interruption? If this keeps on after looking at your diet and such I would see a Dr it could be perhaps something to do with a low Thyroid condition which is very common. I hope this helps.
