1) Ok Ok, we all know how absoloutly delicious a baked potato is with mounds of butter and cheese but instead of having all of that on your baked potato you can have a salad with a sprinkle of black pepper and salad cream, your favourite steamed vegetables with a sprinkle of chives, they will be just as delicious and low calorie, the same way, if you want burger, just reach out for some grilled fish fingers in burger buns with salad. Ever feel like having a nice sweet snack(fairy cake with colourful icing) just reach out for an apple, banana, a strawberry or some grapes. They are little things, but they will make a big differance
2) Yes, excercising can get a bit hectic, well if you havnt got good stamina, just do excercise for how long you can do it for and add on a minute each day. Also, what you eat has a big role to play, Eat plenty of fruit. A fruit between each meal as a snack is excellent, Drink atleast 8 glasses of water a day. 3) Drink a glass full of water before every meal. (Dont ask why) 4) Never skip breakfast, rememba that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. A person that skips breakfast is 50% more likely to put on weight than a person who eats breakfats. Also, if you dont eat breakfast you body is more likely to store fat. 5) Never stand whilst you are eating or drinking, sit down and eat nice and slowly, taste what you are eating, chew 1 morsel atleast 15 times. 6) Stop eating before you are full, it takes 20 minutes for the stomach to send a message to the brain saying that its full. 7) Dont give up anything that you really love, make verything the healthy way, grilled chiken kebabs are much healthier than fried chiken kebabs and are just as tatsy but instead made much healthier. 8) A 60 minute walk each day increases 6 years of you life 9) Herb it up, spices and herbs are very low in calorie 10) Stop eating when you think you should and always leave some food on you plate |
