Default Ayurvedic Weight Loss Remedies

Detoxify your liver and colon to get rid off those extra pounds. No diet, exercises or pills are gonna help you if you don't detoxify. Detoxification flush out those toxins which are the major culprits behind weight gain, dull looking skin and most of the health problems.

Try this Ayurvedic Weight Loss Remedy

One tsp Fresh Bitter gourd Juice
One tsp. Aloe Vera Juice
One tsp. Lemon Juice
One tsp. Honey

Mix them together and gulp it down, it tastes horrible.


Another Weight Loss Remedy is-

Mix one tbsp. honey and juice of one lemon in a glass of lukewarm water and drink it on an empty stomach.


Other Natural Home Remedies for weight loss:

1. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins.

2. Increase your fruit and vegetable intake.

3. Include Mint, Carrot, Ginger, Cinnamon and Black Pepper because these foods detoxify.

4. Include fiber-rich food like Oat Brans, Beans, Lentils, Fruits, Vegetables(Specially green vegetables like Broccoli, Asparagus, Kale, Cabbage, Green Beans etc.)
