Default A teens guide to natural beauty

I have decided to start and create an advice booklet/magazine about health & beauty for teenagers because on the internet I have found some tips (but some are for like 30 40 yr olds who have started getting bad skin) In my advice booklet I want to give advice about looking after skin at an early age so we wont regret it later and how we don't need as much make up as most teenagers wear today etc.

I would love some suggestions and advice and please give me your name so I can add you to the acknowledgements page please. Thanks loads.

welcome to the forums
I guess wearing sunscreen (or creams with spf in them) would be a good anti-ageing tip
hope that's a bit helpful

Apple cider vinegar for a facial toner. (diluted)

for plump lips..

Table spoon of cinnamin power or cinnamin oil, 3 fenugreek capsuels a drop of clove oil and castor oil also abit of honey add your fav lip blam or vaseline init then apply to lips they say to wash it off after 5 minutes, but after 3 days of using it without washing it off my lips were massive also, do lip exercises twice daily for a lasting effect. before using it take some sugar, a dap of lemon juice and honey to exfoliate lips for e better effect.

For blackheads and to smooth skin

Put honey or milk on your face, leave for 15 mins then wash it (leaves your face feeling amazing)

for blackheads steam your face then put castor oil over your face keep steaming rubbing the castor oil in then wash off, the oil will increase the chance of getting blackheads out.

Spanish women do a final rinse of cranberry juice after washing to add high lights to there beautiful dark hair.

Indian women heat up coconut oil then apply to hair leaving it on over night then washing it off in the morning this makes hair silk and makes it thicker.

Brazilian women are known for there beautiful skin there secret? exfoliating with sand from the beach.

Stretch marks? there are many things available ive tried loads so i thought your skin needs collagen to repair it self so i thought why not use anti-wrinkle cream on them i used a little bit and it had quite a good effect.

puffy eyes in the morning? castor oil.

Nicotine stains on the teeth? scrub with baking soda, lemon juice or salt, try not to use it too much because it can strip your teeth leaving them weak.

lol, hello again i just rememberd i was going to set up a website also and collected loads of tips and stuff but i guess im not going to now so you can have them these were my favs.. i think its really great more and more people are switching to natural beauty because all the good stuff is full of chemicals that in the long run will ruin your skin.

Ancient Beauty Recipes Of The World

1. Salt rubs are what gives Parisian women that’s glow. One cup of sea salt is mixed with half cup of peppermint tea and formed into a paste. It’s used either as a shower gel or scrub before getting into the shower.

2. Spanish women add dramatic highlights to their dark hair with half a cup of cranberry juice and half a cup of seltzer.
They used this as a final rinse after shampooing.

3. jojoba oil is the secret of African women they use it on their skin and as a conditioner on there hair to de-frizz and also as an effected bath oil.

4. Italian women have hands as pretty as their faces. They mix hydro quinine cream and olive oil to smooth on hands to get soft skin and banish hand freckles.

5. Green tea is the Japanese secret to target calories as well as wrinkles. It speeds calorie-burning and keeps lines away from there faces.

6. Coconut oil is the trick to getting full, think hair. Indian women use it once a week as a hot oil scalp massage.
Heat some up in a bowl and give yourself scalp massage once a week. Sleep with it on and wash in the morning.
It will help seal the cuticle and rid those split ends and make your hair thick and healthy.

7. The secret of Japanese Geisha and smooth flawless skin is white camellia oil, used for centuries in Asia. It moisturises, conditions, nourishes and softens. The oil gives the skin a texture and glow unmatched by any other skin care product. Eliminates wrinkles after giving birth. It strengthens nails. Kate Winslet, used camellia oil to combat stretch marks during her pregnancy.
