Ermmmm, im kinda fat, well not kinda fat i must say im fat. Before i was only a little overweight and it never seemed to bother me but now, people are saying Ive put weight on. Its kinda heartbreaking, because when i see slim gorgoues girls i really wish i was like them too but im not! I have no confidence whatsoever but i know im pretty because like every 1 I meet are always sayin 'omg you are so pretty, aww you have so much natural beauty, we have to cake ourselves with make-up' and to be honest with you, im not being big headed whatsoever but when i look in the mirror i am proud of myself and i have to admit that I myself think im pretty. It makes me feel so good but I am kind of concerned about my weight. I have so much belly flab, and I really want to lose about 14 pounds before 14th august because of a wedding. Does any 1 knoe how i can get rid of my belly flab and lose weight to the best of my ability. Besides, Im such a lazy girl, i get tired even after climbing a set of stairs and i really want to excercise for that look but what can i do? I cant even excercise for a minute, the doctor says there is nothing wrong with me I am just really unfit. Does anyone knoe any effective workouts or any good excercise i can do?

Water will help and try going to hflsolutions.com there is a great site there. They will tell you exactly what you need to lose weight in their calculators. Very helpful and if you think you are beautiful then you are... all the girls in the mags get paid to look like that it's their job. I am so sick of people thinking they have to be a size 0 to be pretty. So good for you for being YOU!
