Default Excercise!!!!!!! Help me

Hey everyone.......I was just thinking about how unfit i am. I cant even excercise for 10 minutes. I began to worry about my self and consulted my doctor who has told me that there is ntohing wrong, only because i am too unfit

I am thinking of imrpoving me level of fitness.
I was thinking that maybe i should try out excercise, read the following please:-

On the 1st day i would excercise for 5 minutes
On the following days i would add a minute each
When i have reached to 10 minutes, i excerce 10 minutes non stop. I carry on doing this for 1 full week until i am comfortable with 10 minute.
Then i slowly add more and more minutes until i get to 15, again i will do 15 minutes for 2 weeks and after 2 weeks i would start to add minutes until 20.

Is this okay, becuase it seems right to me so i was just wondering, please give me a shout and tell me what you think becuase i am just EXTREMELY unfit!

Since you need to start off slowly to gain your fitness why dont you do a gentle exercise like walking at your own pace and as far as you feel able to walk. That way you can gradually increase your pace and distance when you feel ready. Another good thing to try would be low impact aerobics, there is no running or bouncing involved and even pregnant women or people with injuries are able to do these classes. You may even want to get a program written up if you are a member of a gym. I hope this helped and good luck...
