Question weight lose and breasts help?

So, i was in hospitial for 12 days recently and lost 1 and half stone. i lost half a stone before and then lost a stone in 2 days from being ill which is great because i wanted to lose weight, to my great desire i didnt lose my breasts. but im worried if i lose more weight i will lose them or they will become saggy? they have perked up from excersise, massaging and creams. it is said that if your younger you have less chance of losing them due to weight lose. will taking fenugreek, masaging and working out keep me from losing them as i lose weight also, im 17 so i still have a few more years to grow, do you think i will lose them? down to genetics and my body shape im supposed to me heavy up top anyway. thanks

when you lose weight the breast tissue always goes first, exercise will really help, so will a good support bra. Fenugreek does nothing for your breasts, but it really helps when you have a chest cold.
You are still young and still growing I really don't think you have to much to worry about at your age. Exercise and a good bra is the best for you, also a good healthy diet and lots of water will be helpful as well.

Though I am speaking from second-hand knowledge here, Judi has it right. Most importantly, at your age it's quite unlikely that you are going to lose a lot of tone/shaping at your bustline even if you do lose weight. And yes, as you continue through late adolescence it's quite likely that your bustline will change irrespective of weight changes generally.

Losing 18 pounds quickly is tough to sustain. It's a great start to any diet!!! but you'll need to keep up with the exercise and watch what you eat to avoid putting it back on. So use this as a point of departure to develop those good habits (and immediately losing a dress size or two should be a terrific motivator).

Back to your questions about your breasts. This is one case where exercise will really help. Specifically, anything to strengthen your pectoral muscles (bench press, push-ups, all the exercises that women especially hate). There is a lot of muscle behind the area where the breast connects to the chest cavity, and keeping that muscle tight and toned will help keep your breasts pulled up.

Lingerie choices matter. If you have lost all that weight and intend to keep it off, I'd suggest you get re-fitted for a bra as you have probably changed sizes somewhere. It's difficult to overstate how important this is for comfort, health of your lower back and shoulders, and so on.

Supplements and massage won't make a shred of difference. Do it if you enjoy them only...

Good luck!

this happens when fat is cut from the food intake.
fat is need for various metabolic processes in the body and the lipids are necessary for survival.

body first thinks about survival and health.
When there is less fat intake than necessary the body looks for fat storage inside the body and starts using them for the day to day biological activities.

The skin and hair are neglected first.
and so the breast shrink in size.

I cut up a whole watermelon and leave it in the fridge to snack on over a few days. it is sweet, juicy, yummy and filling. it really has helped me because when i go to the fridge looking for something when i see the watermelon it stops me having something more calorie laden. having it handy so that it is just as easy to eat as a biscuit or whatever makes the world of difference. eating at night time is my downfall too. i cant just not eat at night so i allow for it in my daily eating. i have those 97%fat free rice crackers and/or fruit or air popped popcorn. for me i just cant not eat at night time. i find i dont sleep very well if i go from dinner time to breakfast without anything. although we do eat dinner very early (around 5.30) because we like to eat with the kids. i think it is best to know your weaknesses and try to work around them. also, i dont think it can be said too many times - drinking water makes all the difference.
