Hey. Getting a bigger back is really hard. I am not even sure if it is possible?
But for your boobs. I hope you dont mind be calling them boobs lol. Eating chicken - Chicken that still has hormones in it is good because when you eat it the hormones come into you and give you a bigger chest. My friend eats so much chicken and she is a d ( and shes 13) Upper arm excerises are a good way too. Like, lifting weights. Rubbing olive oil on you boobs before your bed may help.. i have heard some people doing that. doing 3 sets of 12 pushups everyday will make the muscles underneath your boobs bigger so therfore increasing you cup size. Sesame seed oil has been reccomended too ![]() Well i hope it works 4 u! |

I want to gain weight too. I'm 13 and my weight is only 28kg!!!!!I'm on a high calories diet. I've heard that every morning if you soak a banana in 250ml of milk and let it sit for 10mins and then eat the banana and drink the milk, it will help you gain weight. and if you want 'bigger' body, my sience teacher said to eat lots of bread and doughnut because they contain yeast. I don't know if its true.

nothing transforms your body more than doing weights-strength training....and I don't mean lifting five thousand pound weights-just 5-8 or 10 pounds, do lunges and push-ups and things like that 3-4 times a week. As for your chest....you can't really "spot gain" so I would use padded, smooth bras....both stapless and the regular ones.

Wow.. ur 13 and only 28kg. Im 13 and 60 kg. That makes me feel sooo fat. By the way.. i am 13 and 60 kg and around 170- 175 cm. Am i overweight?

28 kg!! woooow...im 13 and i weigh 45 kg :P:P and jemma 13: you are most definately not overweight! according to your BMI which is 19.6, you are a normal weight
