Here are some tips which will help you losing fat from thighs and hips.
If you want to tone your thighs and hips the most important exercise you need to perform is squatting. Avoid using elevator as it is better to climb stairs if you want to lose fat from your thighs. You have to change your eating habits if you want to lose fat from any area of your body.Avoid eating fried food and try some new cooking methods like grilling,boiling and steaming. Your diet should contain lot of fruit and vegetables as these two things contain lot of vitamins,minerals and fibre which are essential for weight loss. Also for firming the thighs try this simple exercise:
Stand close to the wall with your back against it, slide down until reaching a "sitting in air" position, and hold it for as long as you can, say 2-3 minutes. It seems easy at first, but soon you start feeling your muscles working really hard to keep the position. You can do this frequently at home or at office. |
