yes i thinks doing some exercises in the morning will help you have a bright day and it will make u feel comfortable. i also think it will be beneficial if u accompany it with much water.

i seem to b the only one that cant exercise in the morning. i'm too tired and cant do anything before breakfast. also if i go for a run in the morning i feel stiff and it's not the same as when i go in the afternoon. this is probably cause it takes me an hour or so to fully wake up in the morning, haha. a friend and i used to go for walks in the morning but i didnt enjoy it at all.

i admit it. i am lazy. thing is that i have health complications so i can't do a really good work out in the morning. i can walk but at not a pace that would help me. that is about the only excercise i can do. i have advanced arthritis all over my spine. heredity! i stand at work and walk for 8 hours. i get to sit for 1/2 hr but then it is difficult to stand. i don't hurt when i stand usually. i can't take strong pain meds because i work in a compound lab and make medications for babies, elderly, all ages really, animals from alpaca's to snakes and turtles. i am moving constantly because if i stand still for too long my back does hurt. got any recommendations what i can do. physical therapy is out. can't afford it. i will just keep walking at my own pace, i guess.

Exercise in the morning will make our body and mind fresh.... will regularly go for walking early in the morning.

It really is better to exercise in the A.M. but it is so hard to do, especially because my bed is so soft and warm.
