It takes a while for your body to come back to shape after having a baby. But you'll get lots of excercise with the baby. Try to eat right, get some sleep, take the baby for walks and do what is comfortable in the line of exercise (that you did before the baby) and little by little you will start getting your shape back ( especially since your very yough yourself)

How long ago did you have the baby? Give yourself some time, definitely. Then, as time permits, do some walking and try yoga or Pilates to get your tummy back to pre-baby taughtness. It shouldn't take you long to get back into shape, just be patient.

Everyone has good advice....I'd just also say not trying to lose it so fast. It took nine months to get like that, so don't expect super quick results. Ease into it, like Judi said. You're young, so it shouldn't be too hard....GOOD LUCK!!!
