Breakfast is the most important meal of the whole day. You really should eat in the morning, if you don't you won't stay fit.

i eat my whole grain cereal every morning. cherrios honey nut cereal or graham cracker cereal. all whole grain. it keeps me going until about 5 o'clock
pm. that is when i eat my dinner at work. also i have coffee in the am. love that coffee.
