My brother has become so much fat in last six months. If someone has seen him before 6 months, one cannot recognise him. He is very anxious now. Is there some way in practice that can make him as before. Your advice can save him from the worry he is suffering from.

first, have him go to a doctor, make sure he's not sufferiing from an underlying disease. other wise....has he undergone stressful situation? something causing him to over eat? how much activity does he get? even 1/2 -1 of mild exercise can make the difference in the world cut down the sugar and fat from the diet finally increase water in take but ofcourse that's stuff pple say all the time |

eden is right, he needs to go to a doctor to see if he might have diabetes or thyroid problems. if it is just because he is over eating tell him to cut out the snacks and sodas. drink water and juice. usually with men this is all it takes. with woman we have to do much more. tell him to walk, get his mind off of food. i wish him well.

They are right, a doctor's view point will really be essential. Or maybe it has something to do with his hormones brought about by age. He could go on a HEALTHY diet and proper exercise. These works all the time as long as he will play it with determination and patience.

Start with light exercise and moderate changes to his diet. Don't want to overdo it. |
