Dry Nose

I want your help. I have a big problem of drying nose. Dont know wat to do?

Actually my nose is getting dry from inside. Becase of this i feel full day as poking my nose that is very irretatingPlease help

You can try using a nasal inhaler such as the ones used for sinus congestion.

Dristan has a good one that mists.

Ok, having said that. Do you have a sinus congestion? If not, I would suggest consulting with your Doctor for a remedy. Or...

I know that there are home-made remedies that use essential oils to help hydrate your nasal cavaties.

I don't have a recipe, however I know that several members here might have one for you...

Also a Mist Atomiseur ( which is a Lubricating nasal mist) should be very good at clearing this up quickly. Rhinaris is really good and it comes in a gel as well.
Give it a try.

I also had suffered from this problem. But I have used the mist started drinking more water 8 glasses+ and watched my caffeine intake(caffeine dehydrates). The dryness has pretty much cleared up. But on the days i noticed when it starts back up i noticed i havent drank much water.
