Question What is detox

I've heard that we can detox ourselves by drinking water only and eating only fruits n vegetables for 3 days?.....does anyone know anything about it?

detox is a short form for detoxification, which means removal of toxic substances from the body.

If you follow a detox diet it's best to get a book which will guide you through fully - otherwise its quite dangerous because there is very little going into your body; but yes you can detox yourself from 3 days of eating fruit and vegeatbles and drinking only water; there are also 1 day and 7 day forms of that detox. A simpler way to detox however is eating healthily for three days but drinking double your recommended water; therefore drinking 16 glasses of water a day or 8 bottles. Water aids digestion and will flush out alot of your toxins.

I have herd, that if you drink only water...you can lose weight really fast...i really want to lose weight..do you think its safe to?

You mean JUST drink water? Like as in, no food?

Cutting out sodas and stuff and only drinking water can help you lose weight faster but by not eating and only drinking water you'll just lose loads of weight that you'll gain back when you eat again.

Lol, oh, it said that if you drink water throughout the day, but not at one time, then it's alright. Because drinking water in one go can be bad for you.

You'd still have to eat something throughout the day.
You won't lose weight from drinking water for one day anyway.

I was reading that you do it for a while...but you can eat fruit and vegetables and stuff too...and you drnk a glass of water before each meal so that you feel more full and you eat less...
