A good foot scrub, i say.
try ones available in the market, like Nature's fresh mind foot exfoliating scrub. I duun if it's available at ur place or not. That NATURE brand is a local company here in Pakistan. Or try a sugar-yogurt scrub.

I usually soak my feet in warm water with disinfectant added (Dettol), then dry them and scrub them with the pumice stone (I have the worst, cracked heels so this is the best way). Then I put on Nivea creme and two pairs of socks at night and in the morning, it works wonders!

I have the worst feet, and I've found that Kerasal helps almost overnight. It's kind of expensive, but if you have painful cracked heels, it's worth it. You can find it in the foot health section at the drug or discount store.
For hard callouses on the bottom of your feet, like on the ball of your foot, try salicylic acid callous remover. You can get it in a little bottle in the foot health section of the store and it comes with an applicator. If you have those kind of callouses though, you might be wearing the wrong size shoes. That's how I discovered the callous remover - I kept getting these callouses and it turned out I was wearing the wrong size (too big) shoes for years! Fawn |
