Default exfoliating the skin

Do you have any suggestion for products or otherwise to exfoliate the skin? I would love to know esepecially since im in my thirties and I am caring a little a bit more for the care of my skin.

I think u can try chemical peeling by a dermatologist prescription....or use AHA products which promote skin exfoliation.....Twice a week use a soft scrub that suits the condition of your skin, dont use scrub if u have sensitive skin, just use a wash cloth or facial sponge/ facial brush to get a mild exfoliation.......try a mesotherapy facial......they use laser to exfoliate the skin......many women in their thirties try this kind of facial now.....

Great advise Rinda, one other thing you could use is exfoliant gloves (that way you control the pressure your using on your skin) with a nice Body Wash that you like.

You can use loofah to exfoliate your skin. heard micro dermabrasion would help too
