Thumbs up Stress relief

Another one of my favorites from Origins is "Peace of mind" - on the spot stress-buster.

Works wonders for headaches as well! It comes in a tiny bottle. But it sure does last a long time

Meditating is great way to unwind from a stressful day. If you have never done this before there is a great book out there that takes you to learning this and so much more. Postive Energy by Dr. Judith Orloff.

Meditation is a great way to Relax Mind, Body & Soul. I try to practice as often as I can. Also I can suggest relaxing marine bath and relaxing body oil. this one works for me.
