Unhappy more than what meets the eye

does anybody know how to lose fat in the stomach area because for a long time like.... since i wuz in 5th grade i've been sucking it in a little bit and i look porportunate with my body but when i let it go, it looks so weird because the rest of my body is like... nicely toned and my stomach area is like bleh..... i began to excersise more last year in like... january i think and i saw that i began to shed some fat and even lose my old love handles and everything is like okay but my stomach area is like.. hi i'm still here to mock you muahahahahaahahhaha! >.< and i dont know if i'm over weight becuz i'm about 5'5.5 ft tall i think i'm 135 lbs and i'm 14 so.... can anybody help?

yeah i was searching few sites, i have come up wid a brilliant site, u shud also check it out, they say they can flat ur belly in just three weeks, do some exerises for that, i hope it will help u out and u'll look more smart now

You can work the abs and build muscle all you want, but to really see them, you'll need to do cardio 30-60 minutes daily. This includes walking, running, dancing, biking,etc. Then, follow-up with target toning excercises, like crunches. Eat a healthier diet. Drink more water. Eat more fresh fruits and vegatables. Definitely cut back on processed foods, sweets, and anything else that is high in calories and fat. Hope this helps, and if you need more advice let me know.
